LiFT: Project Management
The LiFT Project Management Training Program is designed to help project managers develop the technical, business, and leadership skills needed to successfully lead projects, build relationships, and contribute to the long-term success of their organizations.
Participants gain practical knowledge and real-world strategies that can be applied immediately on the job. Topics focus on the core responsibilities of successful project managers, including planning, communication, financial management, risk mitigation, leadership, problem solving, and relationship management.
