Are you interested in receiving the COVID-19 vaccine? Based on availability, area health departments will assist in the coordination of COVID-19 vaccine administration based on a changing priority system. Complete the online survey form for your city or county. Once the vaccine is available to you, the health department will contact you to schedule an appointment.
